We had a fantastic stay at Destin. Nicole is an amazing host! Townhome was super clean and nice! It was almost like new! Couldn’t expect anything better. Location was very nice and very close to the beach! Will plan to stay again! Couldn’t expect anything better!

Our stay at Beach Ya’ There was absolutely perfect. The location in Miramar Beach near Pompano Joes was fantastic. It took 4 minutes to walk to the beach! Having many dining and shopping options all so close was absolutely ideal. The location was nothing short of amazing. The townhouses have 2 pools so it was perfect & never crowded. Having one of the pools right outside the door was fantastic with the little ones. Let’s talk about the home itself, it was so clean, plenty of sleeping spaces and so comfortable & the kitchen stocked full of the necessities for cooking.

Fantastic place, felt brand new, clean, lots of room, walking distance to the beach, right next to the pool!  Great rental, we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Very spacious, clean and super comfortable! Beach was only a short walk away and you’re a close drive away from restaurants, shopping centers, etc. Definitely recommend to everyone!

We are back home in IL.  and all I can say is I wish we were still there !!! The place was AMAZING  !! I was there with my 70 yr. Old Parents and my 11 yr. Old daughter and the Place was AWESOME

Words cannot describe our joy when we walked through the doors! We had never been to Destin, FL before and our gorgeous and impeccable accommodations, suggested things to do list, safe environment, beautiful atmosphere set the tone for an amazing vacation. Grateful to have chosen such a great home owned and shared with us all by amazing owners. You won’t be disappointed and you will love that they will “Beach Ya’ There”!!! PS…The beach is literally two blocks away and walking distance from beautiful blue water and white sand!

Nicole’s place was a great find for our small get away. The house was comfortable and spacious. The kids loved going through the closet of beach toys and the walk there was easy. Access to the pool was right out of the back door and made for a relaxing time. I would highly recommend this place.

woooow I loved this place! My priority has always been cleanliness and this place exceeded my expectations. It is very beautiful, modern, and only a few minutes from the beach. They also provide you with chairs, an umbrella and a wagon so you can take your things to the beach. Nicole is aware of what is needed and offers everything ready for us to enjoy! This Place was so nice , beautiful and comfy! Very clean. When I go places I normally be paranoid of bugs , etc…. When we arrived & I did a walk through. My heart and anxiety was put to ease immediately lol. I was able to breathe, relax and enjoy my vacay.  My host Nicole was simply amazing, great communication, and checking on me and my family. Great place with friends!

Amazing home.  Great location.  Beautiful white sand beaches.  Can’t beat the great food and activities.  Perfect vacation escape.  Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.  Nicole was a great host and checked in to make sure we were enjoying out stay.

We saw dolphins every day – right off the dock!  We caught a stingray fishing off the dock too!  Furniture was comfortable, and we loved how secluded the house was.  Very quiet!  Will definitely stay here again!

I would say BETTER than described and BETTER than the pictures. A picture can’t capture the vastness of the view here. When I walked onto the deck my jaw dropped and I said to myself, “I’m never leaving. We have to move here.”

Our stay was perfect, from the moment we drove in to the moment we (unfortunately) had to leave. Very kid friendly. There was a highchair and crib for the baby which was so nice to not have to bring.
Private at the house but also not too far of a drive to lots of things to do and see. Although I could just spend hours sitting on the dock watching for dolphins and other sea life.
All the amenities you need: big tvs, washer and drier, plenty of beds and bathrooms, games to play. We will definitely be recommending to friends and going back soon.

This is a great condo. It is not a far golf cart ride to the beach. If walking they provide a wagon that is nice for holding all your beach stuff. The pool right out the back door is so nice for the kids! You don’t have to pack everything up to let the kids go swim! The condo is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. We loved the provided beach chairs and umbrella. That made the beach a lot more enjoyable!! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the extra wagon, toys, and chairs for the beach. The house was super clean and nice as described and pictured. We made lots of memories and felt like it was worth it!

Nicole’s home was very beautiful and comfortable. I loved that it was right by the pool and the walk to the beach was about 6 minutes, which was even more awesome. Beautiful full kitchen with lots of space to cook, prep meals etc. It was a bit confusing to find as the GPS brought us on the opposite side but eventually I was able to remember the best way to get back for the few days we were there. Lovely homey feeling.

The townhouse was very nice and as described on the Airbnb platform. The unit was clean, organized and comfortable.  We thank you for allowing our family to spend a long weekend there together

Our visit was excellent. The place is walking distance from the beach. If you get bored with the beach, you can easily walk out the door and hang out at the pool. The place was clean and accommodated all our needs during our stay.

Let me start with saying Nicole’s property is beautiful! Super clean, very up to date, spacious, and heps of amenities. There was all the kitchen supplies you need, extra beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler bag to take you drinks and food to the beach, a beach wagon, grill with extra propane, a full washer and dryer, bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms, and faucets that illuminate when you turn them on. This condo has it all, plus you are steps from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We couldn’t have been happier staying here and will definitely be back!!

Now let me tell you how amazing Nicole is! This beautiful soul answered a cry for help from myself and my family at 6pm the night we needed to check in and welcomed us with open arms and a full heart. My family and I had originally booked an Air BnB in Okaloosa Island only to arrive to a disaster. I reached out to Nicole and that evening she booked us. She even sent my daughter a gift the next day for her graduation.

So glad we picked this place. It is exactly as advertised and plenty of space for 6 adults. All you need to bring are beach towels. The kitchen has absolutely everything u could need.

Nicole was the best hostess from the beginning.  We had major issues with another property and had to find a place to move to at 12:00 am.  I messaged Nicole and she said we could come immediately.  We arrived a little before 1:00 am and I had to ask her a question about a fan/light switch that wasn’t working, she responded immediately and sent someone out the next morning.  The house had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully.  The kids loved fishing from the dock and the view was amazing!  The sunsets were beautiful from the back porch.  We couldn’t have ask for a better property or host, wish we would have been able to stay there our entire trip.

place was great, we had a great time. no complaints peaceful stay just wish we could do a late checkout instead of rush us out at 10 am. all the place I have stayed all let me check out at 12 when asked and I don’t even mind the little  difference in price, it lets the kids have time to get ready, as I know my family is slow at getting ready.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a few minor inconveniences at the start of our trip, but upon contacting the host, were resolved quickly without effecting our vacation! Rooms were clean, and there was plenty of space for our crew. We were also super thankful for the chairs, umbrella, and wagon provided at the home to make travel, and walking to the beach much easier! Great location walking distance to a cool place for lunch. We will be back!

This place was awesome. We enjoyed our stay very much! The view was incredible! If we had any issues at all, Nicole took care of it right away! The games provided aloud endless entertainment for our kids. Kitchen is adorable. Comfortable couches. Would stay again!

This was a beautiful home. It’s less than a 5 min walk to the beach. The beach here in Miramar is breathtaking! There’s a shuttle (golf cart) service that will shuttle you from the beach to your home or vise versa.  We only used this once since the walk is no big deal. Nicole provides a cart, chairs, umbrella, and sand toys which were all appreciated. The pool is right around the corner and well maintained. Nicole communicated with me regularly to make sure everything was up to par. Nicole provides mini shampoo and conditioner so it your staying more than a couple days be sure to pack your own. We made breakfast while we were there and didn’t have any salt and pepper so plan for any necessary spices if you’re planning to cook while you’re there. All in all this was a beautiful home that accommodated me and my family perfectly!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house in Miramar, FL, and I must say it lived up to all our expectations! Everything mentioned in the post was absolutely real, and it truly had everything we were looking for in a perfect beach vacation.
First and foremost, the location was fantastic. The house is conveniently situated just a short 5-minute walk from the beach.  The host’s attention was top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. From the moment we booked the place until the end of our stay, they were extremely responsive, accommodating, and attentive to all our needs. They provided us with detailed information about the area, including recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. As for the house itself, it was well-maintained and had all the amenities we required for a comfortable stay. The AC worked like a charm, perfect x heat days. If you’re looking for a fantastic beach getaway in Miramar, this is the place to be! I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved the place. Felt right at home. Loved the open concept first floor. Decor was gorgeous. Was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit that we didn’t need quarters to operate.

If you like peace, quiet, privacy and views… this East Bay Bungalow is for you! Perfect spot to enjoy the Navarre area and all it has to offer without being in the thick of it! Truly epic sunsets, cool sunrise gulf breezes from the back deck, and so much fun to watch the pelicans dive fishing! Very comfy inside with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Can’t wait to come back with my kayak- water access doesn’t get any easier! So peaceful!

Stayed here for a big family vacation, we had the best time! The neighborhood is quiet, private with a gate, and has 2 nice pools. It’s so close to the beach and we loved the private beach access with a place to put the beach wagon and had showers to wash off sand. The provided chairs, umbrella, and beach toys were awesome. The outdoor space at the house is a real game changer and was utilized every day and night!! The location is also perfect to get to restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again!

The listing details/photos matched up perfectly with the place. Lastly, the host was always quick with responses and always seemed eager to help if necessary. I’ve stayed in PCB for 5+ years now and this will be the new place to stay.

Our stay at Seaside Bliss was wonderful. The house has major curb appeal and is located in a really cute and well-maintained gated community right by the beach. The house is awesome and has a great layout. It was so spacious and had everything we needed. One thing that stood out was that the kitchen was well stocked with quality stainless steel cookware and nice dishes/glassware. The grounds were beautiful and there were so many spaces to relax in and around the house. And we were so close to the private beach entrance- about a 3 minute walk! Another huge plus was that there was a bar/grill ( Kenny D’s) right across from the beach entrance where we were able to get pina coladas and margaritas 😛 Nicole was extremely responsive, friendly, and even checked in with me to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. I highly recommend Seaside Bliss.

Seaside Bliss was AHHHHMASEAING!  We truly enjoyed our stay.  Everything was perfect and the house was  super clean.  It was close to the beach and pool area.  We would highly recommend this great place!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving holiday here!  Nicole is super responsive and very nice. Her place is spotless and beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. The beach is a very short walk away and gorgeous! So much to do and very close by. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Thank you for having us! Latitude Adjustment was a great place to stay. It was very, very clean and kitchen well stocked with everything needed. It’s nice that it’s close enough to the beach to walk or enjoy the pool right outside your door. The hosts, Nicole and Wilson were amazing. We felt right at home from the first day. We absolutely loved staying at Nicole’s place. It was exactly as described, really clean, quiet and with all the amenities you would need. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier, playing games, and riding bikes around the area. We had everything we needed to cook and grill. It was a lovely place to stay at. My favorite thing was the community pool, it’s perfect to relax while everyone else is at the beach. House was clean and very spacious. It provided everything we needed to make our own breakfast and grill for dinner. It is about a 10-15 min walk to the beach but not so bad if you’re up for it. Would like to stay here again.

Loved the room. It was very spacious for a one bedroom. Located right off the elevators. Super helpful using the beach chairs and wagon that came with the room. Kitchen was well equipped.

This neighborhood is amazing, gated community and just a few minutes to the beach. A golf cart shuttle can take you to the beach as well if you don’t feel like walking. No heavy traffic so it felt safe for the kids to play ball in the culdesac. Pool was clean and very close to this house. We had 2 families in this house and we were very comfortable, never felt too crowded. The private beach access was a nice perk so it wasn’t as congested and great to be able to have bathroom access. House was clean and host was very quick to respond to questions prior to the trip. I’d book again.

I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and Nicole’s place did not disappoint. We had a minor issue with the drain in one of the restrooms and Nicole was responsive with options to fix. Instructions were clear, she was a great communicator, and the location was great – easy to get to so many stores, beach entry points, and restaurants by car or foot. I would recommend and stay again if in the area!

The Red Shutter house was everything and more we were looking for in an Airbnb. This house is in the center of Destin, making it super easy to walk to the beach as well as explore the local area. I would definitely recommend renting a car, but we also easily got Ubers for going out. The house itself was beautiful, well maintained and super clean. We fit 8 people for a bachelorette trip and it exceeded our expectations. Nicole was awesome, there ended up not being extra trash bags and she was super quick to respond and sent some that got delivered in a couple of hours. We had such a great trip and we 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a great house in Destin.

I am so glad that we found this house! This was our first trip to Destin and we traveled with our 3 young kids. I was anxious about the long trip to an unfamiliar place but the house was perfect and just as described! It was very clean, spacious, well-equipped and in the perfect location. It had everything we needed for our stay and was within walking distance of the beach, pool and several restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and felt safe. I would stay here again and recommend this property to any of my friends and family planning to visit Destin.

What an amazing place!  First of all,  Nicole is the most amazing and helpful person we’ve dealt with while on vacation. We had to change from an Air B and B rental at the last minute and she helped us with our last minute reservation so we did not have to cancel our vacation. The condo was well stocked with anything you would need and the cleanest place we have ever stayed. I think  the most comfortable beds and linens with fluffy soft towels and soap and shampoo in all the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need. It is right across the street from the beach with many local restaurants, a grocery store and coffee shops close by. There is parking underneath the condo so your car stays nice and cool .  Ocean views from both balconies off the living room and bedroom. We recommend staying at Sweet Beach Retreat to anyone! Thank you Nicole for a wonderful trip, we cannot wait to return!

We recently stayed at the Latitude Adjustments-Miramar Beach, FL townhome for Father’s Day weekend, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The townhome was immaculately clean and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It was super close to the beach and stocked with beach essentials which made my girls very happy!

The host was fantastic—always responsive and available whenever we needed anything. It was reassuring to know that she was just a call or message away, ready to assist with any questions or requests we had.
The kitchen and bathrooms were super clean and well-stocked with all the essentials, making our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which truly enhanced our experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. Thank you for making our Father’s Day weekend so special!

Very nice townhome.  We drove to the beach each day instead of walk, even though the walk is only a 10 minute walk.  Everything was as described with the home. The pool, patio, and grill were nice.  The provided beach chairs were a huge plus.  Very spacious home and overall very recommended.

seaside bliss was exactly what we needed in an Airbnb. We have visited Destin several times a year for 23 years and this was one of our best trips so far. Nicole was super helpful in every way. We plan to return. My guests had only one issue not worthy of bothering about for some people, but there was no top sheet on the upstairs beds and if the mattress moved a few inches over it feels like the frame is broken… a bit janky but managed it. I personally liked the little things like an outfitted kitchen with soap, seasonings (who wants to buy those),;& plenty of garbage bags. it was an excellent getaway for our family of 5

Lovely town home with the pool just outside the door. The beach is a few blocks down and just amazing.  We ended up renting a golf cart to transport everything there for  our family of 9.  If you only have a few items to tote, it’s walkable as there was a wagon to use.  A couple cute shops as well as beach restaurants nearby.  Quiet and relaxing at night.  Our family had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay. The home looks exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils; bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The details and little extras went a long way. We felt right at home. So glad we chose to stay here. The beach is a short walk away. We chose to drive because of the amount of things we had and lucked up on parking spot each time.  Parking at the beach is very limited.

This was supposed to be a FL getaway to get my ailing father-in-law on  a boat one more time, but he did not make it. So instead we had a gathering of family to honor his memory. He would have loved the place. Right on the water, waves lapping against the sea wall, spectacular views. Our fishing guide even pulled right up to the dock to take us out! The house was very clean. While it does have three bedrooms, one of them is just a part of the enclosed back porch that has been converted. However, it has the best views of any room in the house, so it works. It slept 10 of us, as advertised, but I do think 6-8 would be much more comfortable. The 10AM checkout time kind of ruffled my wife’s feathers, but it got us up and out and back to Tennessee at a decent hour, so I didn’t mind it. We’ll call it a draw on that one. I had no serious issues, and would definitely stay there again.

My family had a blast. We were walking distance from public access. I was able to enjoy morning runs. Quiet neighborhood, even with the holiday. Very responsive! Actively engaged with all the things. I felt very comfortable knowing the host replied immediately!

Our stay was pleasant and peaceful. the residence had everything mentioned in the description. We especially enjoyed having the pool in our ‘backyard’. the only negative was that the floors felt dirty. We wore sandals/flip-flops/socks to get around that. Nicole was extremely responsive and friendly and quite prompt with anything we needed. We were happy with our stay and had a great time.

We had a wonderful time! Easy walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and there was no golf cart parking by the beach, but you are allowed to unload so it was still helpful to have it. The golf cart does count as a vehicle at the house. There is only room for two cars with an additional parking pass in the welcome book for overflow parking by the pool. If you are a group of adults like us with multiple cars just be mindful of the parking situation. Kenny Ds is in walking distance and the food was delicious! Nicole was very helpful and responded quickly! Highly recommend 😊

This was our first time booking on Airbnb and was a great first experience. We arrived for our stay early and the host accommodated that and allowed us in the unit early. Very responsive and she had a nice and clean place. We would book with her again!

Nicole Airbnb was PERFECT for our family vacation.  The airbnb accommodated all our needs. The pool was not available but Nicole notified me and provided another option. Nicole place had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Overall a great airbnb and I would definitely rent again.

Location was great with a beautiful beachfront view! Our 4 year old and 5 year old had a lot of fun with the resort amenities!

Nicole was very responsive and proactive! The blender broke and she immediately sent one over. Decorations and the house were very nice and spacious. The location is great and has a beach walking distance! Each area had a tv and the internet was fast! Overall a great experience, we will definitely try to book with Nicole again!

Nicole was an awesome host.
The most responsive host I think I’ve had. Gave clear directions, answered  questions immediately and gave helpful suggestions (used one to complete my son’s birthday request)  The place was perfect for our family of four…very clean…quick walk to the beach and some restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Condo was comfortable and clean. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds.

This place was perfect for my large family! The kids loved the activity room. We saw dolphins from the large back deck everyday. We fished from the private dock. And we saw more crabs than you could ever count. It was the perfect getaway.

Nicole was great and very responsive! The location of this place is great with a peaceful and chill vibe. I wish the beach bar was open during our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal considering Kenny D’s was so close! I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to recharge and relax!

We stayed a week here due to hurricane evacuation. The townhome had everything we needed. Nicole is an amazing host and was prompt to respond right back when we had questions or issues. Our stay at Nicole’s Airbnb was a blessing, especially as we were evacuating from a hurricane. Despite the situation, we felt completely at ease thanks to her hospitality. The comfortable and stylish rooms, multiple pools to choose from, and the short walk to a pristine beach gave us a much-needed escape. Nicole went above and beyond, providing beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, toys for the kids, and many fans, which helped the kids sleep better. When the cart for our beach gear broke, she had a replacement within hours—amazing service! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was perfect for our extended stay. The private office space was convenient, and the restaurants and activities nearby were great, with everything just a short drive away. Due to the hurricane, Nicole let us extend our stay at a reduced cost, giving us peace of mind when our power was out at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and will definitely return!

Beautiful home near the beach

Loved the walkability to the beach and restaurants… the layout was great for 6 adults… and the variety of seating areas Seaside Bliss offered was perfect for our conversations while there.

We had a weekend getaway at Splash of Sunshine with our kids and everything was perfect! The host Nicole was super responsive to all our questions and needs, communication was great from the beginning. The unit was very clean and exactly as described online. Kitchen had everything we needed, kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed playing all the games in between time at the pool and the beach! Perfect vacation for our kids, nothing but smiles! But the best was the view, especially watching the sunset at night from our balcony. Highly recommend!
