Our spacious two-bedroom townhome, beautifully remodeled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood in Miramar Beach, Florida. We are located just 300 steps to the beautiful, white, sugary sand of Miramar Beach and conveniently located minutes from Silver Sands Outlets, Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, the mid-bay bridge, Grand Boulevard and several prestigious golf courses.

The unit sleeps 6 with a king-sized memory-foam bed and balcony in the master, 2 new queen beds in the spacious second master and a queen sofa sleeper downstairs near the half bath. The home is equipped with LVP flooring, a full-sized washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, and 2 dedicated parking spaces. The amenities include two pools (one heated seasonally), a covered poolside gazebo, and a dedicated green space for the kids to play. This 1st-floor townhome gives you the luxury of walking right in with groceries and beach gear without having to lug your belongings up several flights of stairs!

This updated townhome is located just across from Pompano Joe’s Seafood restaurant which has public bathrooms, an outdoor shower, bar, live entertainment, fantastic food, and plenty of public parking! Other nearby restaurants within walking distance include Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s, and Whale’s Tail.

Policy and Notes

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $400 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy –Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

I enjoyed my stay at the “Beach Ya There” condo! The place was as described and impeccably clean. It’s just a short two-block stroll to the beach, which was super convenient. The pool outside the door was a fantastic bonus, and the proximity to great restaurants made dining out a breeze. The condo was also quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat!

Let me start with saying Nicole’s property is beautiful! Super clean, very up to date, spacious, and heps of amenities. There was all the kitchen supplies you need, extra beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler bag to take you drinks and food to the beach, a beach wagon, grill with extra propane, a full washer and dryer, bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms, and faucets that illuminate when you turn them on. This condo has it all, plus you are steps from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We couldn’t have been happier staying here and will definitely be back!!

This is a great condo. It is not a far golf cart ride to the beach. If walking they provide a wagon that is nice for holding all your beach stuff. The pool right out the back door is so nice for the kids! You don’t have to pack everything up to let the kids go swim! The condo is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. We loved the provided beach chairs and umbrella. That made the beach a lot more enjoyable!! We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at “Beach Ya There” as it was very convenient to local stores, restaurants and most importantly the beach. This home is immaculately kept, very spacious, has many up to date upgrades just has an overall at home feel which made our stay as a family much more comfortable and enjoyable.
Our hostess “Nicole” was absolutely wonderful with communication from the moment we booked this home until our departure. If we had any questions she responded almost immediately which was quite impressive and appreciated.
