Located in Miramar Beach and next to scenic highway 98, as well as so close to Destin, it makes this townhome the perfect poolside retreat. This house is not only located in a prime location so you can walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants it has so much local music & entertainment. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, a starter pack of toiletries, and additional bedding, if needed.

We are located just 300 steps to the beautiful, white, sugary sand of Miramar Beach and conveniently located minutes from Silver Sands Outlets, Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, the mid-bay bridge, Grand Boulevard and several prestigious golf courses.

This updated townhome is located just across from Pompano Joe’s Seafood restaurant which has public bathrooms, an outdoor shower, bar, live entertainment, fantastic food, and plenty of public parking! Other nearby restaurants within walking distance include Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s, and Whale’s Tail.

Policy and Notes

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $400 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy –Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

Nicole was an awesome host.
The most responsive host I think I’ve had. Gave clear directions, answered  questions immediately and gave helpful suggestions (used one to complete my son’s birthday request)  The place was perfect for our family of four…very clean…quick walk to the beach and some restaurants. Our stay was pleasant and peaceful. the residence had everything mentioned in the description. We especially enjoyed having the pool in our ‘backyard’. the only negative was that the floors felt dirty. We wore sandals/flip-flops/socks to get around that. Nicole was extremely responsive and friendly and quite prompt with anything we needed. We were happy with our stay and had a great time.

We had a great stay. The home looks exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils; bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The details and little extras went a long way. We felt right at home. So glad we chose to stay here. The beach is a short walk away. We chose to drive because of the amount of things we had and lucked up on parking spot each time.  Parking at the beach is very limited.

I recommend Nicoles place, the beach is two blocks down the street, there is restaurants and services nearby, quiet, pool is right behind Nicoles place, it is fully furnished, even has a cooler and umbrella and a cart to take all your beach stuff. you can use to go to the beach. We had a great time

Nicole’s home was very beautiful and comfortable. I loved that it was right by the pool and the walk to the beach was about 6 minutes, which was even more awesome. Beautiful full kitchen with lots of space to cook, prep meals etc. It was a bit confusing to find as the GPS brought us on the opposite side but eventually I was able to remember the best way to get back for the few days we were there. Lovely homey feeling.
